Dispatch and back-office support for new-authority dry van owner-operators.
I book your loads, handle the paperwork, and follow up on payment. You keep your authority, your broker accounts and your money.
The problem
Load boards eat hours you should spend driving or resting.
Brokers lowball new authorities because they expect no pushback.
Paperwork sent late means pay arrives late.
What I handle
Dispatch
Load search, rate negotiation, broker communication, rate confirmation review, scheduling, check calls, lane and deadhead planning.
Back-office
BOL and POD collection, invoicing, payment follow-up, detention, TONU and lumper reimbursement requests, a simple load log.
Not included
Brokering freight, holding your funds, legal, tax or insurance advice, and setting up your MC authority.
How it works
- A short call about your truck, lanes, home time and target rate.
- We review a written agreement. It is month-to-month.
- I find and negotiate loads. You approve each rate confirmation (the broker’s written offer for the load) before pickup.
- After delivery I handle the BOL and POD (proof of delivery), invoicing and payment follow-up.
Who controls what
| What I do | What you keep |
|---|---|
| Search and negotiate loads for you | Final yes or no on every load |
| Chase paperwork and payment | Your MC/DOT authority and broker accounts |
| Invoice my fee after delivery | Your money. Brokers or your factoring company pay you directly |
Who this is for
Owner-operators with 1 to 4 trucks, especially new-authority carriers running dry van. Other equipment on request.

About me
I’m Mahadi Hasan. This service is new, and I take on a small number of carriers at a time so each truck gets personal attention. Read more and verify me.
